We are pleased to inform you that Ecotopia Bike tour 2011 will be in Italy from the 26th of July until the 31th of August. The main theme of the tour is sustainable agriculture.

Throughout our wonderful route we shall visit ecofarms and natural reservations, communes with ecofriendly communities and active cyclist groups, and be nourished by a healthy vegetarian/vegan menu made from tasty Mediterranean fare. At the end of the Ecotopia Bike tour we will have been able, through our experiences and involvement, to compose an informed picture about sustainable life and agriculture and slow food within the wonderful Italian landscape, and also to savour memories of the wonderful Italian landscape.

We start the tour in the wonderful city of Florence. From Pisa, we ride along the scenic Tyrrhenian coast, following the route of the Ciclopiste del Sole ([[#footnote|Eurovelo 7*]]) to visit ecofarms and natural reservations in Tuscany (exact list of the farms coming soon!). We will also visit the Lake of Baracciano and Nazzano farm, at the Tevere Farfa nature reserve. From Rome we leave the coast and take Eurovelo 5, where we will visit more farms. Then in Campolattaro we will enjoy the stunning landscapes of its WWF natural reservation. In Benevento we will meet the local FIAB group who helped our two coordinators to organize this year’s Bike tour. Close to Benevento we are planning to visit a community project in Sant'Agata de' Goti. 
Then, in Napoli, we would like to visit the local Campi Aperti group (important food sovereignty association) and probably join a Critical Mass. From here we shall ride to Salermo, where the local FIAB group will present their work. We also plan to do some activities with them. Finally we will reach the wonderful Cliento National Park where we visit the Museum Of Mediterranean Diet (and maybe Museum of the Sea ) in Pippio.

The route will be around 1100-1200 kilometres long.

== how to get involved! ==

We would heartily welcome you to join us, if:

* You can cycle around 50 km per day (probably with some very hot days on hilly roads!)
* you are interested in environmental and social justice issues and want to take part in actions, and learn about sustainability
* you want to take part in consensus decision-making (communicating!) and
* You are up for helping with the daily tasks such as preparing meals, pulling trailers, washing up or tidying the sleeping places.

Each person is expected to pay a participation fee (which is at min. 5-10 euros/day, more precise information coming soon!). Those with a better financial situation pay more than those who have less money. This fee should help cover everything – organisational effort, various events, actions, workshops, three vegetarian meals a day and a place to pitch your tent.

You don´t have to join us from the start, you can also join us somewhere else along our route – but please let us know in advance around where and when we can expect you to show up. The itinerary is becoming more established each day.

Nous avons le plaisir de vous informer que l'Ecotopia Biketour 2011 se déroulera en Italie du 26 juillet au 31 aout. Il a pour thème principal l'Agriculture Soutenable. Au long de notre merveilleuse route nous visiterons des fermes bio et des réserves naturelles, tisserons des liens avec des communautés qui agissent pour l'environnement ainsi que des groupes cyclistes militants, et nous régalerons d'une cuisine végétarienne/végétalienne saine élaborée à partir des délicieux produits méditerranéens. 
A la fin du Bike Tour nous aurons acquis, à travers nos expériences et notre implication, de bonnes connaissances en ce qui concerne l'agriculture et les modes de vie durables ainsi que le mouvement "Slow Food", et nous l'aurons fait au coeur des magnifiques paysages italiens.

== La route ==
Nous partirons de la merveilleuse ville de Florence. Depuis Pise, nous roulerons tout le long de la côte tyrrhénienne fameuse pour ses belles vues panoramiques tout en suivant la Véloroute du Soleil (Eurovelo 7), pour visiter les fermes bio et les réserves naturelles de Toscane (liste précise des fermes bientôt disponible!). Nous visiterons aussi le lac de Bracciano et la ferme de Nazzano dans la réserve naturelle de Tevere Farfa. Depuis Rome nous quitterons la côte pour prendre l' Eurovélo 5 et visiter d'autres fermes. A Campolattaro, nous pourrons admirer les splendides paysages de la réserve naturelle du WWF. Puis nous rencontrerons à Benevento les membres du FIAB (Fédération Italienne des Amis de la Bicyclette) local qui ont aidé nos deux coordinateurs à organiser le Bike Tour cette année. Près de Benevento nous avons aussi prévu de visiter le projet communautaire de Sant'Agata de' Goti. 
Ensuite, à Naples, nous aimerions rencontrer l'association locale Campi Aperti (association importante pour la Souveraineté Alimentaire) et participerons probablement à une Critical Mass. 
Après quoi nous reprendrons la route pour Salerne ou l'association locale du FIAB, avec laquelle nous projetons de partager certaines activités, nous présentera son travail. 
Enfin nous arriverons au magnifique Parc National du Cilento où nous visiterons le Musée de la Diète Méditerranéenne (et peut-être aussi le Musée de la Mer :)) à Pippio.

La route fera 1100-1200 km de long.

== Comment participer ==

Nous t'encourageons chaleureusement à nous rejoindre si:

* Tu peux rouler environ 50 km par jour (fortes chaleurs et pentes à prévoir!)
* Tu t'intéresses à la justice environnementale et sociale et souhaite participer à des actions ainsi qu'apprendre en matière de développement durable.
* Tu souhaite prendre part aux processus de décision par consensus (en communiquant!)
* Tu veux participer aux tâches quotidiennes telles que la cuisine, la vaisselle, le transport des trailers, le nettoyage du camp etc...

Tout le monde paie une participation quotidienne (minimum 5-10 euros, plus d'informations précises à venir). Ceux qui se trouvent dans une bonne situation économique peuvent payer plus et ceux qui ont des difficultés financières peuvent payer moins. Cette participation devrait couvrir toutes nos dépenses - l'organisation, les divers événements, actions, ateliers, les trois repas végétariens quotidiens, les camps où nous poserons les tentes.

Tu n'es pas obligé(e) d'être là au départ du Bike Tour, tu peux le rejoindre sur la route, mais dans ce cas merci de nous dire à l'avance à peu près où et quand tu comptes nous retrouver.

L'itinéraire se précise chaque jour.

Задовољство нам је да вас обавестимо да ће Екотопија Бајктур 2011 бити у Италији од 26. јула до 31. августа. Главна тема туре је одржива пољопривреда.

Током наше предивне руте посетићемо екофарме и природне резервате, боравити у еколошки организованим заједницама, посетити активистичке бициклистичке групе и јести здраву вегетаријанску/веган храну припремљену у облику укусних медитеранских оброка. На крају Екотопија Бајктура моћи ћемо, кроз стечено искуство и наше ангажовање, да формирамо комплетну слику о одрживом начину живота и одрживој пољопривреди као и о укусу споре хране, окружени предивним италијанским пејзажем.

==Рута==

Почећемо туру из, предивног града, Фиренце (Firenze). Од Пизе (Pisa), возићемо бицикле дуж импресивне Тиренијске обале , пратећи трасу бициклистичке стазе Сунца ("Ciclopista del Sole") Евровело 7, посетићемо екофарме и паркове природе у Тоскани (Toscana) (тачан списак фарми биће објављен ускоро!). Посетићемо такође језеро Бараћано ("Baracciano") и Назано("Nazzano") фарму у “Tevere Farfa” резервату природе. Из Рима (Roma) напуштамо обалу и настављамо трасом Евровело 5, где ћемо посетити више фарми. Затим у Камполатару(Campolattaro) ћемо уживати у предивним пејзажима резервата природе (WWF-а) Светског фонда за заштиту дивљег света. У месту Benevento ћемо се састати са локалним удружењем љубитеља бициклизма „FIAB” групом која је помогла да наша два координатора организују Бајктур ове године. Близу овог места планира се посета пројекту заједнице у месту Sant'Agata de' Goti.
Затим у Напуљу (Napoli) желимо да посетимо локалну Campi Aperti групу (представника Удружења прехрамбене суверености), а вероватно ћемо учествовати и у критичној маси. Одатле ћемо возити до Салерна (Salerno) где ће локална „FIAB“ група представити свој рад, а ми планирамо да заједно учествујемо у неким њиховим активностима. Срдачно Вас позивамо да нам се придружите ако:

* можете да пређете бициклом око 50 км дневно (вероватно са по неким веома врућим данима или по стрмим брдским путевима !)

* сте заинтересовани за заштиту животне средине, за питања социјалне правде, желите да учествујете у акцијама и учите о одрживости

* хоћете да учествујете (комуницирате) у доношењу одлука консензусом и

* хоћете да помогнете учествујући у дневним задацима, као што су припремање јела, вучење приколице, прање или сређивање места у коме смо боравили.

Свака особа плаћа котизацију (која је 5-10 евра по дану, прецизније информације ускоро!). Они са бољим економском ситуацијом плаћају више од оних који имају мање новца. Ова накнада би требало да помогне покрије све: организацију разних догађаја, акције, радионице, три вегетаријанска јела на дан и место за постављање вашег шатора.

Abbiamo il piacere di informarvi che l' Ecotopia Biketour 2011sarà in Italia dal 26 luglio al 31 agosto 2011. Il tema principale del tour di quest'anno è l' agricoltura sostenibile. Lungo il nostro meraviglioso percorso visiteremo ecovillaggi, fattorie e parchi naturali, saremo in contatto con comunità ecosostenibili e gruppi di ciclisti attivisti, seguendo una dieta vegetariana/vegana, utilizzando i prodotti tipici della gustosa cucina mediterranea.

==ITINERARIO==
Cominceremo il tour nella magnifica città di Firenze.
Da Pisa pedaleremo lungo la costa tirrenica, seguendo la Ciclopista del sole (Eurovelo7*) visitando ecovillaggi e riserve naturali in Toscana (la lista esatta dei posti dove ci recheremo verrà comunicata a breve).
Visiteremo poi il lago di Bracciano, e la Riserva Naturale Regionale Nazzano Tevere-Farfa .
A Roma abbandoneremo la costa e pedaleremo nella pista Eurovelo5, dove visiteremo altri progetti di vita eco-sostenibile.
A Campolattaro visiteremo la riserva naturale del WWF, godendo dei favolosi paesaggi.
A Benevento incontreremo il gruppo FIAB locale, che ha ospitato e aiutato i due coordinatori che organizzano il biketour 2011.
Probabilmente visiteremo il progetto comunitario di Sant'Agata de' Goti.
Arrivati a Napoli ci piacerebbe visitare La Ragnatela autoproduzioni (un gruppo di contadini e coproduttori impegnati per la sovranità alimentare), e partecipare alla Critical Mass.
Proseguiremo quindi verso Salerno, dove il gruppo locale FIAB presenterà il nostro progetto.
Sono in programma anche alcune attività da organizzare con loro.
Il Biketour terminerà nel Parco Nazionale del Cilento dove visiteremo il Museo della dieta mediterranea ( e forse il Museo del Mare) a Pioppi.
L'intero percorso sarà all'incirca di 1100-1200 km.

==COME PARTECIPARE:==
Ti accoglieremo calorosamente, se :
• Hai voglia di pedalare all' incirca 50 km al giorno (numero variabile in base al tipo di strada/percorso,difficoltà e pendenza.)
• Sei interessato/a a questioni ambientali e sociali, vuoi partecipare ad azioni e sei interessato/a agli stili di vita ecosostenibili
• Vuoi far parte di una comunità mobile, che cercherà di collaborare sotto ogni aspetto, prendendo decisioni basate sul consenso
• Sei disposto ad aiutare con le attività giornaliere come : preparare i pasti, trasportare il carretto-rimorchio con la bici, lavare e ordinare i posti dove sosteremo e dormiremo.
Ogni partecipante dovrà versare una quota di partecipazione che sarà all'incirca di 5/10 euro (informazioni più precise saranno comunicate a breve).
Chi ha una situazione economica migliore, potrà pagare di più rispetto a chi invece è economicamente svantaggiato.
Questa quota coprirà tutti i costi del biketour : l' organizzazione, tre pasti vegetariani/vegani al giorno, il posto dove pernotteremo e pianteremo le tende, eventi e workshop vari.
Non è necessario unirti a noi dall'inzio, puoi anche raggiungerci lungo il percorso – l'importante è che tu ci informi con un po' di anticipo dove e quando desideri unirti al biketour.

A túra a gyönyörű Firenzéből indul. Pisát elhagyva a festői Tirrén tengerparton tekerünk, a Ciclopista del Sole útvonalát követve (Eurovelo 7*), útközben ökofarmokat és toszkán természetvédelmi területeket látogatunk meg (a farmok pontos listáját hamarosan kihirdetjük!). Érinteni fogjuk a Tevere Farfa természetvédelmi területen található Baracciano tavat és Nazzano farmot. Rómától az Eurovelo 5-ös úton folytatjuk túránkat, melynek mentén további farmokat látogatunk meg. Campolattaro környékén a WWF természetvédelmi terület lélegzetelállító szépségű tájképeiben gyönyörködhetünk. Beneventoban találkozunk a helyi FIAB csoporttal, akik sokat segítenek két koordinátorunknak az idei Ecotopia Biketour szervezésében. Benevento közelében, Sant'Agata de' Gotiban meg szeretnénk látogatni egy helyi közösségi projektet. 

Aztán Nápoly felé vezet az utunk, ahol meglátogatjuk a helyi Campi Aperti csoportot (fontos élelmiszer önrendelkezési szervezet), és terveink szerint csatlakozunk egy Critical Mass felvonuláshoz. Utunk következő állomása Salerno, ahol a helyi FIAB csoport ismerteti velünk tevékenységét, és közös programokon veszünk velük részt. Örömmel várjuk jelentkezésedet, ha:

* le tudsz tekerni napi kb. 50 km-t (néha nagy melegben, meredek utakon!)

Nos place informarle de que el viaje Ecotopia Bike tour (vuelta en bici Ecotopia) será en Italia del 26 de julio hasta el 31 de agosto.
El tema principal del viaje es la agricultura sostenible. A través de nuestra maravillosa ruta visitaremos ecogranjas y reservas naturales, comunas con comunidades respetuosas con el medio ambiente y grupos activos ciclistas, y seremos alimentados por menús sanos vegetariano/veganos hechos de sabrosos ingredientes mediterráneos. Al final del viaje en bici Ecotopia habremos podido, con nuestras experiencias e implicación, componer un cuadro informado sobre la vida y agricultura sostenibles y comida lenta dentro del maravilloso paisaje italiano, y también saborear memorias del maravilloso paisaje italiano.
La Ruta
Comenzamos el viaje en la maravillosa ciudad de Florencia. De Pisa, iremos en bici a lo largo de la escénica costa tirrena, siguiendo la ruta del Ciclopiste del Sole (Eurovelo 7*) para visitar ecogranjas y reservas naturales en Toscana (la lista exacta de las granjas se anunciará pronto!). También visitaremos la granja del Lago de Baracciano y de Nazzano, en la reserva natural de Tevere Farfa. De Roma dejamos la costa y tomamos Eurovelo 5, donde visitaremos más granjas. Entonces en Campolattaro disfrutaremos de los imponentes paisajes de su reserva natural del WWF. En Benevento nos reuniremos con el grupo local de FIAB que ayudó a nuestros dos coordinadores a organizar el tour ciclista de este año. Cerca de Benevento estamos planeando visitar un proyecto de comunidad en Sant'Agata de' Goti.
Entonces, en Napoli, quisiéramos visitar al grupo local de Campi Aperti (asociación importante de la soberanía del alimento) y probablemente unirnos a una masa crítica. Te acogeríamos con satisfacción de corazón, si:
• puedes montar en bici alrededor de 50 kilómetros por día (probablemente con algunos días muy calientes en carreteras montañosas!)
• estás interesado en cuestiones de justicia medioambiental y social y quieres participar en acciones, y aprender sobre sostenibilidad
• quieres participar en la toma de decisiones por consenso (comunicando!) y
• estás dispuesto a ayudar con las tareas diarias tales como preparación de comidas, llevar trailers con bicis, fregar o poner en orden los lugares de dormir.
Se espera que cada persona pague un honorario de participación (que será un mínimo de 5-10 euros al día, una información más exacta vendrá pronto!). Aquellos con una mejor situación financiera pagan más que los que tienen menos dinero. Este honorario debe ayudar a cubrir todo - esfuerzo de organización, varios acontecimientos, acciones, talleres, tres comidas vegetarianas al día y un lugar para poner tu tienda.

==The Route==

In Benevento we will meet the local FIAB group who helped our two coordinators to organize this year’s Bike tour. Close to Benevento we are planning to visit a community project in Sant'Agata de' Goti. 
Then, in Napoli, we would like to visit the local Campi Aperti group (important food sovereignty association) and probably join a Critical Mass. From here we shall ride to Salermo, where the local FIAB group will present their work. We also plan to do some activities with them. Finally we will reach the wonderful Cliento National Park where we visit the Museum Of Mediterranean Diet (and maybe Museum of the Sea ) in Pippio.

The route will be around 1100-1200 kilometres long.

== how to get involved! ==

We would heartily welcome you to join us, if:

* You can cycle around 50 km per day (probably with some very hot days on hilly roads!)
* you are interested in environmental and social justice issues and want to take part in actions, and learn about sustainability
* you want to take part in consensus decision-making (communicating!) and
* You are up for helping with the daily tasks such as preparing meals, pulling trailers, washing up or tidying the sleeping places.

Each person is expected to pay a participation fee (which is at min. 5-10 euros/day, more precise information coming soon!). Those with a better financial situation pay more than those who have less money. This fee should help cover everything – organisational effort, various events, actions, workshops, three vegetarian meals a day and a place to pitch your tent.

You don´t have to join us from the start, you can also join us somewhere else along our route – but please let us know in advance around where and when we can expect you to show up. The itinerary is becoming more established each day.

Nous avons le plaisir de vous informer que l'Ecotopia Biketour 2011 se déroulera en Italie du 26 juillet au 31 aout. Il a pour thème principal l'Agriculture Soutenable. Au long de notre merveilleuse route nous visiterons des fermes bio et des réserves naturelles, tisserons des liens avec des communautés qui agissent pour l'environnement ainsi que des groupes cyclistes militants, et nous régalerons d'une cuisine végétarienne/végétalienne saine élaborée à partir des délicieux produits méditerranéens. 
A la fin du Bike Tour nous aurons acquis, à travers nos expériences et notre implication, de bonnes connaissances en ce qui concerne l'agriculture et les modes de vie durables ainsi que le mouvement "Slow Food", et nous l'aurons fait au coeur des magnifiques paysages italiens.

== La route ==
Nous partirons de la merveilleuse ville de Florence. Depuis Pise, nous roulerons tout le long de la côte tyrrhénienne fameuse pour ses belles vues panoramiques tout en suivant la Véloroute du Soleil (Eurovelo 7), pour visiter les fermes bio et les réserves naturelles de Toscane (liste précise des fermes bientôt disponible!). Nous visiterons aussi le lac de Bracciano et la ferme de Nazzano dans la réserve naturelle de Tevere Farfa. Depuis Rome nous quitterons la côte pour prendre l' Eurovélo 5 et visiter d'autres fermes. A Campolattaro, nous pourrons admirer les splendides paysages de la réserve naturelle du WWF. Puis nous rencontrerons à Benevento les membres du FIAB (Fédération Italienne des Amis de la Bicyclette) local qui ont aidé nos deux coordinateurs à organiser le Bike Tour cette année. Près de Benevento nous avons aussi prévu de visiter le projet communautaire de Sant'Agata de' Goti. 
Ensuite, à Naples, nous aimerions rencontrer l'association locale Campi Aperti (association importante pour la Souveraineté Alimentaire) et participerons probablement à une Critical Mass. 
Après quoi nous reprendrons la route pour Salerne ou l'association locale du FIAB, avec laquelle nous projetons de partager certaines activités, nous présentera son travail. 
Enfin nous arriverons au magnifique Parc National du Cilento où nous visiterons le Musée de la Diète Méditerranéenne (et peut-être aussi le Musée de la Mer :)) à Pippio.

La route fera 1100-1200 km de long.

== Comment participer ==

Nous t'encourageons chaleureusement à nous rejoindre si:

* Tu peux rouler environ 50 km par jour (fortes chaleurs et pentes à prévoir!)
* Tu t'intéresses à la justice environnementale et sociale et souhaite participer à des actions ainsi qu'apprendre en matière de développement durable.
* Tu souhaite prendre part aux processus de décision par consensus (en communiquant!)
* Tu veux participer aux tâches quotidiennes telles que la cuisine, la vaisselle, le transport des trailers, le nettoyage du camp etc...

Tout le monde paie une participation quotidienne (minimum 5-10 euros, plus d'informations précises à venir). Ceux qui se trouvent dans une bonne situation économique peuvent payer plus et ceux qui ont des difficultés financières peuvent payer moins. Cette participation devrait couvrir toutes nos dépenses - l'organisation, les divers événements, actions, ateliers, les trois repas végétariens quotidiens, les camps où nous poserons les tentes.

Tu n'es pas obligé(e) d'être là au départ du Bike Tour, tu peux le rejoindre sur la route, mais dans ce cas merci de nous dire à l'avance à peu près où et quand tu comptes nous retrouver.

L'itinéraire se précise chaque jour.

Задовољство нам је да вас обавестимо да ће Екотопија Бајктур 2011 бити у Италији од 26. јула до 31. августа. Главна тема туре је одржива пољопривреда.

Током наше предивне руте посетићемо екофарме и природне резервате, боравити у еколошки организованим заједницама, посетити активистичке бициклистичке групе и јести здраву вегетаријанску/веган храну припремљену у облику укусних медитеранских оброка. На крају Екотопија Бајктура моћи ћемо, кроз стечено искуство и наше ангажовање, да формирамо комплетну слику о одрживом начину живота и одрживој пољопривреди као и о укусу споре хране, окружени предивним италијанским пејзажем.

==Рута==

Почећемо туру из, предивног града, Фиренце (Firenze). Од Пизе (Pisa), возићемо бицикле дуж импресивне Тиренијске обале , пратећи трасу бициклистичке стазе Сунца ("Ciclopista del Sole") Евровело 7, посетићемо екофарме и паркове природе у Тоскани (Toscana) (тачан списак фарми биће објављен ускоро!). Посетићемо такође језеро Бараћано ("Baracciano") и Назано("Nazzano") фарму у “Tevere Farfa” резервату природе. Из Рима (Roma) напуштамо обалу и настављамо трасом Евровело 5, где ћемо посетити више фарми. Затим у Камполатару(Campolattaro) ћемо уживати у предивним пејзажима резервата природе (WWF-а) Светског фонда за заштиту дивљег света. У месту Benevento ћемо се састати са локалним удружењем љубитеља бициклизма „FIAB” групом која је помогла да наша два координатора организују Бајктур ове године. Близу овог места планира се посета пројекту заједнице у месту Sant'Agata de' Goti.
Затим у Напуљу (Napoli) желимо да посетимо локалну Campi Aperti групу (представника Удружења прехрамбене суверености), а вероватно ћемо учествовати и у критичној маси. Одатле ћемо возити до Салерна (Salerno) где ће локална „FIAB“ група представити свој рад, а ми планирамо да заједно учествујемо у неким њиховим активностима. ==Како се прикључити!==

Срдачно Вас позивамо да нам се придружите ако:

* можете да пређете бициклом око 50 км дневно (вероватно са по неким веома врућим данима или по стрмим брдским путевима !)

* сте заинтересовани за заштиту животне средине, за питања социјалне правде, желите да учествујете у акцијама и учите о одрживости

* хоћете да учествујете (комуницирате) у доношењу одлука консензусом и

* хоћете да помогнете учествујући у дневним задацима, као што су припремање јела, вучење приколице, прање или сређивање места у коме смо боравили.

Свака особа плаћа котизацију (која је 5-10 евра по дану, прецизније информације ускоро!). Они са бољим економском ситуацијом плаћају више од оних који имају мање новца. Ова накнада би требало да помогне покрије све: организацију разних догађаја, акције, радионице, три вегетаријанска јела на дан и место за постављање вашег шатора.

Не морате нам се придружити од самог почетка, можете нам се такође придружити на неком другом месту, на нашем путу - али молимо вас да нас обавестите унапред, где у нашој околини и када можемо очекивати да се појавите. Наведени итинерер се комплетира из дана у дан.

Ecotopia Biketour 2011 - Agricoltura sostenibile e Sovranità alimentare

Abbiamo il piacere di informarvi che l' Ecotopia Biketour 2011sarà in Italia dal 26 luglio al 31 agosto 2011. Il tema principale del tour di quest'anno è l' agricoltura sostenibile. Lungo il nostro meraviglioso percorso visiteremo ecovillaggi, fattorie e parchi naturali, saremo in contatto con comunità ecosostenibili e gruppi di ciclisti attivisti, seguendo una dieta vegetariana/vegana, utilizzando i prodotti tipici della gustosa cucina mediterranea.

==ITINERARIO==
Cominceremo il tour nella magnifica città di Firenze.
Da Pisa pedaleremo lungo la costa tirrenica, seguendo la Ciclopista del sole (Eurovelo7*) visitando ecovillaggi e riserve naturali in Toscana (la lista esatta dei posti dove ci recheremo verrà comunicata a breve).
Visiteremo poi il lago di Bracciano, e la Riserva Naturale Regionale Nazzano Tevere-Farfa .
A Roma abbandoneremo la costa e pedaleremo nella pista Eurovelo5, dove visiteremo altri progetti di vita eco-sostenibile.
A Campolattaro visiteremo la riserva naturale del WWF, godendo dei favolosi paesaggi.
A Benevento incontreremo il gruppo FIAB locale, che ha ospitato e aiutato i due coordinatori che organizzano il biketour 2011.
Probabilmente visiteremo il progetto comunitario di Sant'Agata de' Goti.
Arrivati a Napoli ci piacerebbe visitare La Ragnatela autoproduzioni (un gruppo di contadini e coproduttori impegnati per la sovranità alimentare), e partecipare alla Critical Mass.
Proseguiremo quindi verso Salerno, dove il gruppo locale FIAB presenterà il nostro progetto.
Sono in programma anche alcune attività da organizzare con loro.
Il Biketour terminerà nel Parco Nazionale del Cilento dove visiteremo il Museo della dieta mediterranea ( e forse il Museo del Mare) a Pioppi.
L'intero percorso sarà all'incirca di 1100-1200 km.

==COME PARTECIPARE:==
Ti accoglieremo calorosamente, se :
• Hai voglia di pedalare all' incirca 50 km al giorno (numero variabile in base al tipo di strada/percorso,difficoltà e pendenza.)
• Sei interessato/a a questioni ambientali e sociali, vuoi partecipare ad azioni e sei interessato/a agli stili di vita ecosostenibili
• Vuoi far parte di una comunità mobile, che cercherà di collaborare sotto ogni aspetto, prendendo decisioni basate sul consenso
• Sei disposto ad aiutare con le attività giornaliere come : preparare i pasti, trasportare il carretto-rimorchio con la bici, lavare e ordinare i posti dove sosteremo e dormiremo.
Ogni partecipante dovrà versare una quota di partecipazione che sarà all'incirca di 5/10 euro (informazioni più precise saranno comunicate a breve).
Chi ha una situazione economica migliore, potrà pagare di più rispetto a chi invece è economicamente svantaggiato.
Questa quota coprirà tutti i costi del biketour : l' organizzazione, tre pasti vegetariani/vegani al giorno, il posto dove pernotteremo e pianteremo le tende, eventi e workshop vari.
Non è necessario unirti a noi dall'inzio, puoi anche raggiungerci lungo il percorso – l'importante è che tu ci informi con un po' di anticipo dove e quando desideri unirti al biketour.

A túra a gyönyörű Firenzéből indul. Pisát elhagyva a festői Tirrén tengerparton tekerünk, a Ciclopista del Sole útvonalát követve (Eurovelo 7*), útközben ökofarmokat és toszkán természetvédelmi területeket látogatunk meg (a farmok pontos listáját hamarosan kihirdetjük!). Érinteni fogjuk a Tevere Farfa természetvédelmi területen található Baracciano tavat és Nazzano farmot. Rómától az Eurovelo 5-ös úton folytatjuk túránkat, melynek mentén további farmokat látogatunk meg. Campolattaro környékén a WWF természetvédelmi terület lélegzetelállító szépségű tájképeiben gyönyörködhetünk. Beneventoban találkozunk a helyi FIAB csoporttal, akik sokat segítenek két koordinátorunknak az idei Ecotopia Biketour szervezésében. Benevento közelében, Sant'Agata de' Gotiban meg szeretnénk látogatni egy helyi közösségi projektet. 

Aztán Nápoly felé vezet az utunk, ahol meglátogatjuk a helyi Campi Aperti csoportot (fontos élelmiszer önrendelkezési szervezet), és terveink szerint csatlakozunk egy Critical Mass felvonuláshoz. Utunk következő állomása Salerno, ahol a helyi FIAB csoport ismerteti velünk tevékenységét, és közös programokon veszünk velük részt. Végül felkeressük a csodálatos Cliento Nemzeti Parkot, s Pippioban felkeressük a Mediterrán Táplálkozás Múzeumot (és talán a Tenger Múzeumot is).

Örömmel várjuk jelentkezésedet, ha:

* le tudsz tekerni napi kb. 50 km-t (néha nagy melegben, meredek utakon!)

* érdeklődsz a környezeti és társadalmi igazságosság kérdései iránt, mindezért tenni is akarsz, és szívesen tanulsz a fenntarthatóságról

* részt szeretnél venni konszenzusos döntéshozatalban (kommunikáció!), valamint

Nos place informarle de que el viaje Ecotopia Bike tour (vuelta en bici Ecotopia) será en Italia del 26 de julio hasta el 31 de agosto.
El tema principal del viaje es la agricultura sostenible. A través de nuestra maravillosa ruta visitaremos ecogranjas y reservas naturales, comunas con comunidades respetuosas con el medio ambiente y grupos activos ciclistas, y seremos alimentados por menús sanos vegetariano/veganos hechos de sabrosos ingredientes mediterráneos. Al final del viaje en bici Ecotopia habremos podido, con nuestras experiencias e implicación, componer un cuadro informado sobre la vida y agricultura sostenibles y comida lenta dentro del maravilloso paisaje italiano, y también saborear memorias del maravilloso paisaje italiano.
La Ruta
Comenzamos el viaje en la maravillosa ciudad de Florencia. De Pisa, iremos en bici a lo largo de la escénica costa tirrena, siguiendo la ruta del Ciclopiste del Sole (Eurovelo 7*) para visitar ecogranjas y reservas naturales en Toscana (la lista exacta de las granjas se anunciará pronto!). También visitaremos la granja del Lago de Baracciano y de Nazzano, en la reserva natural de Tevere Farfa. De Roma dejamos la costa y tomamos Eurovelo 5, donde visitaremos más granjas. Entonces en Campolattaro disfrutaremos de los imponentes paisajes de su reserva natural del WWF. En Benevento nos reuniremos con el grupo local de FIAB que ayudó a nuestros dos coordinadores a organizar el tour ciclista de este año. Cerca de Benevento estamos planeando visitar un proyecto de comunidad en Sant'Agata de' Goti.
Entonces, en Napoli, quisiéramos visitar al grupo local de Campi Aperti (asociación importante de la soberanía del alimento) y probablemente unirnos a una masa crítica. Te acogeríamos con satisfacción de corazón, si:
• puedes montar en bici alrededor de 50 kilómetros por día (probablemente con algunos días muy calientes en carreteras montañosas!)
• estás interesado en cuestiones de justicia medioambiental y social y quieres participar en acciones, y aprender sobre sostenibilidad
• quieres participar en la toma de decisiones por consenso (comunicando!) y
• estás dispuesto a ayudar con las tareas diarias tales como preparación de comidas, llevar trailers con bicis, fregar o poner en orden los lugares de dormir.
Se espera que cada persona pague un honorario de participación (que será un mínimo de 5-10 euros al día, una información más exacta vendrá pronto!). Aquellos con una mejor situación financiera pagan más que los que tienen menos dinero. Este honorario debe ayudar a cubrir todo - esfuerzo de organización, varios acontecimientos, acciones, talleres, tres comidas vegetarianas al día y un lugar para poner tu tienda.

==The Route==
We start the tour in the wonderful city of Florence. In Benevento we will meet the local FIAB group who helped our two coordinators to organize this year’s Bike tour. Close to Benevento we are planning to visit a community project in Sant'Agata de' Goti. 
Then, in Napoli, we would like to visit the local Campi Aperti group (important food sovereignty association) and probably join a Critical Mass. From here we shall ride to Salermo, where the local FIAB group will present their work. We also plan to do some activities with them. Finally we will reach the wonderful Cliento National Park where we visit the Museum Of Mediterranean Diet (and maybe Museum of the Sea ) in Pippio.

The route will be around 1100-1200 kilometres long.

== how to get involved! ==

We would heartily welcome you to join us, if:

* You can cycle around 50 km per day (probably with some very hot days on hilly roads!)
* you are interested in environmental and social justice issues and want to take part in actions, and learn about sustainability
* you want to take part in consensus decision-making (communicating!) and
* You are up for helping with the daily tasks such as preparing meals, pulling trailers, washing up or tidying the sleeping places.

Each person is expected to pay a participation fee (which is at min. 5-10 euros/day, more precise information coming soon!). Those with a better financial situation pay more than those who have less money. This fee should help cover everything – organisational effort, various events, actions, workshops, three vegetarian meals a day and a place to pitch your tent.

You don´t have to join us from the start, you can also join us somewhere else along our route – but please let us know in advance around where and when we can expect you to show up. The itinerary is becoming more established each day.

Nous avons le plaisir de vous informer que l'Ecotopia Biketour 2011 se déroulera en Italie du 26 juillet au 31 aout. Il a pour thème principal l'Agriculture Soutenable. Au long de notre merveilleuse route nous visiterons des fermes bio et des réserves naturelles, tisserons des liens avec des communautés qui agissent pour l'environnement ainsi que des groupes cyclistes militants, et nous régalerons d'une cuisine végétarienne/végétalienne saine élaborée à partir des délicieux produits méditerranéens. 
A la fin du Bike Tour nous aurons acquis, à travers nos expériences et notre implication, de bonnes connaissances en ce qui concerne l'agriculture et les modes de vie durables ainsi que le mouvement "Slow Food", et nous l'aurons fait au coeur des magnifiques paysages italiens.

== La route ==
Nous partirons de la merveilleuse ville de Florence. Depuis Pise, nous roulerons tout le long de la côte tyrrhénienne fameuse pour ses belles vues panoramiques tout en suivant la Véloroute du Soleil (Eurovelo 7), pour visiter les fermes bio et les réserves naturelles de Toscane (liste précise des fermes bientôt disponible!). Nous visiterons aussi le lac de Bracciano et la ferme de Nazzano dans la réserve naturelle de Tevere Farfa. Depuis Rome nous quitterons la côte pour prendre l' Eurovélo 5 et visiter d'autres fermes. A Campolattaro, nous pourrons admirer les splendides paysages de la réserve naturelle du WWF. Puis nous rencontrerons à Benevento les membres du FIAB (Fédération Italienne des Amis de la Bicyclette) local qui ont aidé nos deux coordinateurs à organiser le Bike Tour cette année. Près de Benevento nous avons aussi prévu de visiter le projet communautaire de Sant'Agata de' Goti. 
Ensuite, à Naples, nous aimerions rencontrer l'association locale Campi Aperti (association importante pour la Souveraineté Alimentaire) et participerons probablement à une Critical Mass. 
Après quoi nous reprendrons la route pour Salerne ou l'association locale du FIAB, avec laquelle nous projetons de partager certaines activités, nous présentera son travail. 
Enfin nous arriverons au magnifique Parc National du Cilento où nous visiterons le Musée de la Diète Méditerranéenne (et peut-être aussi le Musée de la Mer :)) à Pippio.

La route fera 1100-1200 km de long.

== Comment participer ==

Nous t'encourageons chaleureusement à nous rejoindre si:

* Tu peux rouler environ 50 km par jour (fortes chaleurs et pentes à prévoir!)
* Tu t'intéresses à la justice environnementale et sociale et souhaite participer à des actions ainsi qu'apprendre en matière de développement durable.
* Tu souhaite prendre part aux processus de décision par consensus (en communiquant!)
* Tu veux participer aux tâches quotidiennes telles que la cuisine, la vaisselle, le transport des trailers, le nettoyage du camp etc...

Tout le monde paie une participation quotidienne (minimum 5-10 euros, plus d'informations précises à venir). Ceux qui se trouvent dans une bonne situation économique peuvent payer plus et ceux qui ont des difficultés financières peuvent payer moins. Cette participation devrait couvrir toutes nos dépenses - l'organisation, les divers événements, actions, ateliers, les trois repas végétariens quotidiens, les camps où nous poserons les tentes.

Tu n'es pas obligé(e) d'être là au départ du Bike Tour, tu peux le rejoindre sur la route, mais dans ce cas merci de nous dire à l'avance à peu près où et quand tu comptes nous retrouver.

L'itinéraire se précise chaque jour.

Задовољство нам је да вас обавестимо да ће Екотопија Бајктур 2011 бити у Италији од 26. јула до 31. августа. Главна тема туре је одржива пољопривреда.

Током наше предивне руте посетићемо екофарме и природне резервате, боравити у еколошки организованим заједницама, посетити активистичке бициклистичке групе и јести здраву вегетаријанску/веган храну припремљену у облику укусних медитеранских оброка. На крају Екотопија Бајктура моћи ћемо, кроз стечено искуство и наше ангажовање, да формирамо комплетну слику о одрживом начину живота и одрживој пољопривреди као и о укусу споре хране, окружени предивним италијанским пејзажем.

==Рута==

Почећемо туру из, предивног града, Фиренце (Firenze). Од Пизе (Pisa), возићемо бицикле дуж импресивне Тиренијске обале , пратећи трасу бициклистичке стазе Сунца ("Ciclopista del Sole") Евровело 7, посетићемо екофарме и паркове природе у Тоскани (Toscana) (тачан списак фарми биће објављен ускоро!). Посетићемо такође језеро Бараћано ("Baracciano") и Назано("Nazzano") фарму у “Tevere Farfa” резервату природе. Из Рима (Roma) напуштамо обалу и настављамо трасом Евровело 5, где ћемо посетити више фарми. Затим у Камполатару(Campolattaro) ћемо уживати у предивним пејзажима резервата природе (WWF-а) Светског фонда за заштиту дивљег света. У месту Benevento ћемо се састати са локалним удружењем љубитеља бициклизма „FIAB” групом која је помогла да наша два координатора организују Бајктур ове године. Близу овог места планира се посета пројекту заједнице у месту Sant'Agata de' Goti.
Затим у Напуљу (Napoli) желимо да посетимо локалну Campi Aperti групу (представника Удружења прехрамбене суверености), а вероватно ћемо учествовати и у критичној маси. Одатле ћемо возити до Салерна (Salerno) где ће локална „FIAB“ група представити свој рад, а ми планирамо да заједно учествујемо у неким њиховим активностима. Коначно ћемо доспети у диван Национални парк Клијенто("Cliento"), где ћемо посетити Музеј медитеранске дијеталне исхране (а можда и Музеј мора) у месту Пјопи (Piоppi).

Рута ће бити дуга око 1100-1200 километара.

==Како се прикључити!==

Срдачно Вас позивамо да нам се придружите ако:

* можете да пређете бициклом око 50 км дневно (вероватно са по неким веома врућим данима или по стрмим брдским путевима !)

* сте заинтересовани за заштиту животне средине, за питања социјалне правде, желите да учествујете у акцијама и учите о одрживости

* хоћете да учествујете (комуницирате) у доношењу одлука консензусом и

* хоћете да помогнете учествујући у дневним задацима, као што су припремање јела, вучење приколице, прање или сређивање места у коме смо боравили.

Свака особа плаћа котизацију (која је 5-10 евра по дану, прецизније информације ускоро!). Они са бољим економском ситуацијом плаћају више од оних који имају мање новца. Ова накнада би требало да помогне покрије све: организацију разних догађаја, акције, радионице, три вегетаријанска јела на дан и место за постављање вашег шатора.

Не морате нам се придружити од самог почетка, можете нам се такође придружити на неком другом месту, на нашем путу - али молимо вас да нас обавестите унапред, где у нашој околини и када можемо очекивати да се појавите. Наведени итинерер се комплетира из дана у дан.

Ecotopia Biketour 2011 - Agricoltura sostenibile e Sovranità alimentare
Italia, 26 luglio – 31 Agosto 2011

Abbiamo il piacere di informarvi che l' Ecotopia Biketour 2011sarà in Italia dal 26 luglio al 31 agosto 2011. Il tema principale del tour di quest'anno è l' agricoltura sostenibile. Lungo il nostro meraviglioso percorso visiteremo ecovillaggi, fattorie e parchi naturali, saremo in contatto con comunità ecosostenibili e gruppi di ciclisti attivisti, seguendo una dieta vegetariana/vegana, utilizzando i prodotti tipici della gustosa cucina mediterranea.

==ITINERARIO==
Cominceremo il tour nella magnifica città di Firenze.
Da Pisa pedaleremo lungo la costa tirrenica, seguendo la Ciclopista del sole (Eurovelo7*) visitando ecovillaggi e riserve naturali in Toscana (la lista esatta dei posti dove ci recheremo verrà comunicata a breve).
Visiteremo poi il lago di Bracciano, e la Riserva Naturale Regionale Nazzano Tevere-Farfa .
A Roma abbandoneremo la costa e pedaleremo nella pista Eurovelo5, dove visiteremo altri progetti di vita eco-sostenibile.
A Campolattaro visiteremo la riserva naturale del WWF, godendo dei favolosi paesaggi.
A Benevento incontreremo il gruppo FIAB locale, che ha ospitato e aiutato i due coordinatori che organizzano il biketour 2011.
Probabilmente visiteremo il progetto comunitario di Sant'Agata de' Goti.
Arrivati a Napoli ci piacerebbe visitare La Ragnatela autoproduzioni (un gruppo di contadini e coproduttori impegnati per la sovranità alimentare), e partecipare alla Critical Mass.
Proseguiremo quindi verso Salerno, dove il gruppo locale FIAB presenterà il nostro progetto.
Sono in programma anche alcune attività da organizzare con loro.
Il Biketour terminerà nel Parco Nazionale del Cilento dove visiteremo il Museo della dieta mediterranea ( e forse il Museo del Mare) a Pioppi.
L'intero percorso sarà all'incirca di 1100-1200 km.

==COME PARTECIPARE:==
Ti accoglieremo calorosamente, se :
• Hai voglia di pedalare all' incirca 50 km al giorno (numero variabile in base al tipo di strada/percorso,difficoltà e pendenza.)
• Sei interessato/a a questioni ambientali e sociali, vuoi partecipare ad azioni e sei interessato/a agli stili di vita ecosostenibili
• Vuoi far parte di una comunità mobile, che cercherà di collaborare sotto ogni aspetto, prendendo decisioni basate sul consenso
• Sei disposto ad aiutare con le attività giornaliere come : preparare i pasti, trasportare il carretto-rimorchio con la bici, lavare e ordinare i posti dove sosteremo e dormiremo.
Ogni partecipante dovrà versare una quota di partecipazione che sarà all'incirca di 5/10 euro (informazioni più precise saranno comunicate a breve).
Chi ha una situazione economica migliore, potrà pagare di più rispetto a chi invece è economicamente svantaggiato.
Questa quota coprirà tutti i costi del biketour : l' organizzazione, tre pasti vegetariani/vegani al giorno, il posto dove pernotteremo e pianteremo le tende, eventi e workshop vari.
Non è necessario unirti a noi dall'inzio, puoi anche raggiungerci lungo il percorso – l'importante è che tu ci informi con un po' di anticipo dove e quando desideri unirti al biketour.

Ecotopia Biketour 2011 - Fenntartható Mezőgazdaság és Élelmiszer Önrendelkezés

Olaszország, 2011. július 26. - augusztus 31.

Örömmel értesítünk, hogy a 2011 évi Ecotopia Biketour Olaszországban kerül megrendezésre július 26 és augusztus 31 között. A túra központi témája a fenntartható mezőgazdaság Élelmiszer Önrendelkezés lesz.

Gyönyörű utunk során ökofarmokat és természetvédelmi területeket látogatunk meg, illetve olyan településeket, ahol környezetbarát közösségek és biciklis csoportok működnek; mindeközben ízletes mediterrán alapanyagokból készült vegetáriánus/vegán ételeket eszünk. Az Ecotopia Biketour végére a résztvevők - a látottak és tapasztaltak segítségével - átfogó képet alkothatnak a fenntartható életről, mezőgazdálkodásról és "slow food"-ról; és a gyönyörű olasz táj emlékeivel gazdagodhatnak.

A túra a gyönyörű Firenzéből indul. Pisát elhagyva a festői Tirrén tengerparton tekerünk, a Ciclopista del Sole útvonalát követve (Eurovelo 7*), útközben ökofarmokat és toszkán természetvédelmi területeket látogatunk meg (a farmok pontos listáját hamarosan kihirdetjük!). Érinteni fogjuk a Tevere Farfa természetvédelmi területen található Baracciano tavat és Nazzano farmot. Rómától az Eurovelo 5-ös úton folytatjuk túránkat, melynek mentén további farmokat látogatunk meg. Campolattaro környékén a WWF természetvédelmi terület lélegzetelállító szépségű tájképeiben gyönyörködhetünk. Beneventoban találkozunk a helyi FIAB csoporttal, akik sokat segítenek két koordinátorunknak az idei Ecotopia Biketour szervezésében. Benevento közelében, Sant'Agata de' Gotiban meg szeretnénk látogatni egy helyi közösségi projektet. 

Aztán Nápoly felé vezet az utunk, ahol meglátogatjuk a helyi Campi Aperti csoportot (fontos élelmiszer önrendelkezési szervezet), és terveink szerint csatlakozunk egy Critical Mass felvonuláshoz. Utunk következő állomása Salerno, ahol a helyi FIAB csoport ismerteti velünk tevékenységét, és közös programokon veszünk velük részt. Végül felkeressük a csodálatos Cliento Nemzeti Parkot, s Pippioban felkeressük a Mediterrán Táplálkozás Múzeumot (és talán a Tenger Múzeumot is).

A túra útvonala körülbelül 1100-1200 kilométer hosszú.

Hogyan vehetsz részt?

Örömmel várjuk jelentkezésedet, ha:

* le tudsz tekerni napi kb. 50 km-t (néha nagy melegben, meredek utakon!)

* érdeklődsz a környezeti és társadalmi igazságosság kérdései iránt, mindezért tenni is akarsz, és szívesen tanulsz a fenntarthatóságról

* részt szeretnél venni konszenzusos döntéshozatalban (kommunikáció!), valamint

* vállalod, hogy segítesz a túra során felmerülő mindennapos feladatokban: főzés, mosogatás, vagy éppen a tábor rendbetétele.

A résztvevők részvételi díjat fizetnek ( kb. napi 5 euró, hamarosan pontosabb információt tudunk közölni!). A jobb anyagi helyzetűek többet fizetnek a kevésbé jómódúaknál. Ez a díj fedezi az összes költséget – a szervezést, a különböző rendezvényeket, akciókat, munkacsoportokat, napi három vegetáriánus étkezést és a sátorhelyet.

Nem muszáj az indulásnál jelen lenned, az út egy későbbi pontján is csatlakozhatsz - de azt kérjük, hogy előre mondd meg, körülbelül mikor és hol számítsunk a megjelenésedre. Az útvonal napról napra egyre konkrétabbá válik.

Nos place informarle de que el viaje Ecotopia Bike tour (vuelta en bici Ecotopia) será en Italia del 26 de julio hasta el 31 de agosto.
El tema principal del viaje es la agricultura sostenible. A través de nuestra maravillosa ruta visitaremos ecogranjas y reservas naturales, comunas con comunidades respetuosas con el medio ambiente y grupos activos ciclistas, y seremos alimentados por menús sanos vegetariano/veganos hechos de sabrosos ingredientes mediterráneos. Al final del viaje en bici Ecotopia habremos podido, con nuestras experiencias e implicación, componer un cuadro informado sobre la vida y agricultura sostenibles y comida lenta dentro del maravilloso paisaje italiano, y también saborear memorias del maravilloso paisaje italiano.
La Ruta
Comenzamos el viaje en la maravillosa ciudad de Florencia. De Pisa, iremos en bici a lo largo de la escénica costa tirrena, siguiendo la ruta del Ciclopiste del Sole (Eurovelo 7*) para visitar ecogranjas y reservas naturales en Toscana (la lista exacta de las granjas se anunciará pronto!). También visitaremos la granja del Lago de Baracciano y de Nazzano, en la reserva natural de Tevere Farfa. De Roma dejamos la costa y tomamos Eurovelo 5, donde visitaremos más granjas. Entonces en Campolattaro disfrutaremos de los imponentes paisajes de su reserva natural del WWF. En Benevento nos reuniremos con el grupo local de FIAB que ayudó a nuestros dos coordinadores a organizar el tour ciclista de este año. Cerca de Benevento estamos planeando visitar un proyecto de comunidad en Sant'Agata de' Goti.
Entonces, en Napoli, quisiéramos visitar al grupo local de Campi Aperti (asociación importante de la soberanía del alimento) y probablemente unirnos a una masa crítica. Desde aquí seguiremos en bici a Salermo, donde el grupo local de FIAB presentará su trabajo. También planeamos hacer algunas actividades con ellas. ¡cómo involucrarse!
Te acogeríamos con satisfacción de corazón, si:
• puedes montar en bici alrededor de 50 kilómetros por día (probablemente con algunos días muy calientes en carreteras montañosas!)
• estás interesado en cuestiones de justicia medioambiental y social y quieres participar en acciones, y aprender sobre sostenibilidad
• quieres participar en la toma de decisiones por consenso (comunicando!) y
• estás dispuesto a ayudar con las tareas diarias tales como preparación de comidas, llevar trailers con bicis, fregar o poner en orden los lugares de dormir.
Se espera que cada persona pague un honorario de participación (que será un mínimo de 5-10 euros al día, una información más exacta vendrá pronto!). Aquellos con una mejor situación financiera pagan más que los que tienen menos dinero. Este honorario debe ayudar a cubrir todo - esfuerzo de organización, varios acontecimientos, acciones, talleres, tres comidas vegetarianas al día y un lugar para poner tu tienda.
No tienes que unirte a nosotros desde el comienzo, puedes también unirte en alguna parte a lo largo de nuestra ruta - pero por favor háganos saber por adelantado alrededor de donde y de cuando podemos esperar que aparezcas. El itinerario se está convirtiendo en algo más establecido cada día.

Ecotopia Biketour 2011- Sustainable Agriculture And Food Sovereignty,
Italy, 26th July- 31th of August 2011

We are pleased to inform you that Ecotopia Bike tour 2011 will be in Italy from the 26th of July until the 31th of August. The main theme of the tour is sustainable agriculture.

Throughout our wonderful route we shall visit ecofarms and natural reservations, communes with ecofriendly communities and active cyclist groups, and be nourished by a healthy vegetarian/vegan menu made from tasty Mediterranean fare. At the end of the Ecotopia Bike tour we will have been able, through our experiences and involvement, to compose an informed picture about sustainable life and agriculture and slow food within the wonderful Italian landscape, and also to savour memories of the wonderful Italian landscape.

The Route
We start the tour in the wonderful city of Florence. From Pisa, we ride along the scenic Tyrrhenian coast, following the route of the Ciclopiste del Sole (Eurovelo 7*) to visit ecofarms and natural reservations in Tuscany (exact list of the farms coming soon!). We will also visit the Lake of Baracciano and Nazzano farm, at the Tevere Farfa nature reserve. From Rome we leave the coast and take Eurovelo 5, where we will visit more farms. Then in Campolattaro we will enjoy the stunning landscapes of its WWF natural reservation. In Benevento we will meet the local FIAB group who helped our two coordinators to organize this year’s Bike tour. Close to Benevento we are planning to visit a community project in Sant'Agata de' Goti.
Then, in Napoli, we would like to visit the local Campi Aperti group (important food sovereignty association) and probably join a Critical Mass. From here we shall ride to Salermo, where the local FIAB group will present their work. We also plan to do some activities with them. Finally we will reach the wonderful Cliento National Park where we visit the Museum Of Mediterranean Diet (and maybe Museum of the Sea ) in Pippio.

The route will be around 1100-1200 kilometres long.

Participation: how to get involved!

We would heartily welcome you to join us, if:

· You can cycle around 50 km per day (probably with some very hot days on hilly roads!)

· you are interested in environmental and social justice issues and want to take part in actions, and learn about sustainability

· you want to take part in consensus decision-making (communicating!) and

· You are up for helping with the daily tasks such as preparing meals, pulling trailers, washing up or tidying the sleeping places.

Each person is expected to pay a participation fee (which is at min. 5-10 euros/day, more precise information coming soon!). Those with a better financial situation pay more than those who have less money. This fee should help cover everything – organisational effort, various events, actions, workshops, three vegetarian meals a day and a place to pitch your tent.

You don´t have to join us from the start, you can also join us somewhere else along our route – but please let us know in advance around where and when we can expect you to show up. The itinerary is becoming more established each day.

Nous avons le plaisir de vous informer que l'Ecotopia Biketour 2011 se déroulera en Italie du 26 juillet au 31 aout. Il a pour thème principal l'Agriculture Soutenable. Au long de notre merveilleuse route nous visiterons des fermes bio et des réserves naturelles, tisserons des liens avec des communautés qui agissent pour l'environnement ainsi que des groupes cyclistes militants, et nous régalerons d'une cuisine végétarienne/végétalienne saine élaborée à partir des délicieux produits méditerranéens.
A la fin du Bike Tour nous aurons acquis, à travers nos expériences et notre implication, de bonnes connaissances en ce qui concerne l'agriculture et les modes de vie durables ainsi que le mouvement "Slow Food", et nous l'aurons fait au coeur des magnifiques paysages italiens.

La route

Nous partirons de la merveilleuse ville de Florence. Depuis Pise, nous roulerons tout le long de la côte tyrrhénienne fameuse pour ses belles vues panoramiques tout en suivant la Véloroute du Soleil (Eurovelo 7), pour visiter les fermes bio et les réserves naturelles de Toscane (liste précise des fermes bientôt disponible!). Nous visiterons aussi le lac de Bracciano et la ferme de Nazzano dans la réserve naturelle de Tevere Farfa. Depuis Rome nous quitterons la côte pour prendre l' Eurovélo 5 et visiter d'autres fermes. A Campolattaro, nous pourrons admirer les splendides paysages de la réserve naturelle du WWF. Puis nous rencontrerons à Benevento les membres du FIAB (Fédération Italienne des Amis de la Bicyclette) local qui ont aidé nos deux coordinateurs à organiser le Bike Tour cette année. Près de Benevento nous avons aussi prévu de visiter le projet communautaire de Sant'Agata de' Goti.
Ensuite, à Naples, nous aimerions rencontrer l'association locale Campi Aperti (association importante pour la Souveraineté Alimentaire) et participerons probablement à une Critical Mass.
Après quoi nous reprendrons la route pour Salerne ou l'association locale du FIAB, avec laquelle nous projetons de partager certaines activités, nous présentera son travail.
Enfin nous arriverons au magnifique Parc National du Cilento où nous visiterons le Musée de la Diète Méditerranéenne (et peut-être aussi le Musée de la Mer :)) à Pippio.

Comment participer

Nous t'encourageons chaleureusement à nous rejoindre si:

- Tu peux rouler environ 50 km par jour (fortes chaleurs et pentes à prévoir!)

-Tu t'intéresses à la justice environnementale et sociale et souhaite participer à des actions ainsi qu'apprendre en matière de développement durable.

-Tu souhaite prendre part aux processus de décision par consensus (en communiquant!)

-Tu veux participer aux tâches quotidiennes telles que la cuisine, la vaisselle, le transport des trailers, le nettoyage du camp etc...

Tout le monde paie une participation quotidienne (minimum 5-10 euros, plus d'informations précises à venir). Ceux qui se trouvent dans une bonne situation économique peuvent payer plus et ceux qui ont des difficultés financières peuvent payer moins. Cette participation devrait couvrir toutes nos dépenses - l'organisation, les divers événements, actions, ateliers, les trois repas végétariens quotidiens, les camps où nous poserons les tentes.

Tu n'es pas obligé(e) d'être là au départ du Bike Tour, tu peux le rejoindre sur la route, mais dans ce cas merci de nous dire à l'avance à peu près où et quand tu comptes nous retrouver.

L'itinéraire se précise chaque jour.
