To create a new dudel poll go to https://bitpoll.mafiasi.de/. A poll might be created to decide which dates are best to have an in person meeting, for example the spring meeting.

Click on "Normal Poll and give the poll a name then click "create" to get started.

Then start to input choices for your dudel poll on the left hand side. For example if it is for a meeting put in different date options. When you have added all the options click "save and next"

Copy the URL of the poll and send it out to whoever you want to fill it out. You could post it on the chat and the biketour mailing list. Then wait for people to fill out the poll and see what the most popular options are.

The search function is in the top right hand corner of the website. Or browse through the folders. A lot of information, for example, passwords for the other IT infrastructure for the biketour, guidelines, previous biketour map, are in "ecotopia-general".

In "ecotopia-media" there are photos, videos, artwork, a powerpoint presentation e.t.c.

"ecotopia-old" is an archive of planning information from previous years of the biketour.

To add a file on to the Cloud, find a relevant folder you want to put the content in to. Then click the cross near the top of the screen. Here you can upload a file and create a new folder.

This can be done using the "Public Channels" tab on the left hand side of the screen. Click "more" and then "join" the channels that you want. Those with "A" at the beginning, for example A: Biketour Organisers, mean all. "T" stands for topic, "WG" means it is a working group that people can join. "Z" means it is an older topic so is moved to the bottom of the list when searching.

Good channels to start with are:
