So in preparation for the registrations - we have made a separate "2013 Participants Mailing List"
People can add themselves to this list from the home page (on the right): http://www.ecotopiabiketour.net
Also once people fill out the registration form (opening very soon) they will be automatically added to the '2013 participants list'. http://www.ecotopiabiketour.net/?page_id=1368
The purpose of the list is to alleviate heavy traffic on this BIG General Biketour List, where we have over 500 people, and hope to kept this to General call outs, updates and wider discussions about the tour and project as a whole.
Whilst on the 2013 Participants list, people can discuss travel arrangements or whatever they desire without concerning 500 people, who might not be coming this year.
We suggest that participants for 2013 join both lists.
