Here we keep a record of the collective equipment needed/thought/available for each Biketour.

Collective Group Equipment as of 2014

• Trailers - We have two Bob trailers - one is with the coordinators in Thessaloniki, another travelling with a 2013 participant hopefully arriving in time. We will maybe borrow a third one from Lastenradkollektiv in Vienna - Lollipop: http://www.lastenradkollektiv.at/fuhrpark-anhaenger/ - if you happen to come to the start of the tour and pass through Vienna please contact us in order to assist with transport
• Rocket Stove - usually we have two, light, ecological and mostly free, we will have a workshop and build them at the start of the tour in Sofia
• Biketools - we have some basic tools plus a few special ones (crank remover, cassette tool) that will be communal, you can add here what you will bring. Take a look if your bicycle needs a very special tool
• Medical Kit - please put here if you bring one, we don't know where the ones from last year went
• Cooking utensils - the majority of last year's equipment is in Cluj, Romania with a collective where we spent the last days of 2013 biketour - HELP NEEDED TO GET IT TO THE START OF 2014 IN SOFIA!!

Pots, cutting board, knifes, grinder,

5x white plastic chopping boards 1x white/ yellow ladle 1x small blue ladle 1x long wooden stirring spoon 1x grater 1x wooden masher 2x flat wooden spoons 1x orange handled shovel 2x medium black/ sliver pots 1x medium black teflon pot 1x big silver/ black pot 2x medium pan lids; one blue, one metal 1x big lid; metal 1x white enamel washing up bowl 1x red bag of spokes and skewers 3x white water containers (only 1 has a lid)

• Big box for carrying spices, tea etc.
• Propaganda Material - Booklets, leaflets, t-shirts, stickers, posters, whatever, screen printing stuff
• Camping equipment - Laura and Ben have some sleeping bags, mats etc which people can use if they need them.
• A laptop
• We need to figure out a way of helping people who do not have bikes find/build bikes!

Although we stress that people must sort out their own bike, here is a list of people who are looking for bikes:

We need to speak to people in Barcelona about this.

Planned Equipment List for 2010

Trailers - 2 or 3 - we are still trying to get 1 or 2 from Zagreb (we need to replace their axles and generally do some maintenance before using them), plus Moritz' trailer, maybe buy another one?

Rocket stove - one large and one small - we need to build these - maybe a workshop in London or Yorkshire?

Gas stoves - only small ones which some participants bring with them?

Biketools? (but maybe rely on the tools brought by participants)

Medical kit (anyone know where this is?) If we find the old we should check its contents and replace anything missing.

If possible ONE general BIODEGRADABLE shampoo, toothpaste and dishwash and a big handsoap is recommended to buy (and in a lot of countries those biodegradable products are hard to find). One general high factor sun-cream can be good too.

Pots - There is only 1 big pot (22liters) left from last years biketour (in Zagreb?). Needed additionally is a thinner metal pot one size smaller, and a small pot (2 liters or so) could be handy too for coffee and sauces

A big plastic box that wouldnt break easily, can be usefull to cary food supplies like rise, coffee, teas, etc Smaller boxes are quickly recycled while traveling from the packaging of daily food, so not needed to buy

Wooden cutting boards that we bought were too heavy, and finally left out of the supply- take 2 plastic ones instead

Same for the knives: 2 sharp big knives, 1 small and a bread-knife will do, together with a big soup spoon, 2 large wooden spoons, perhaps a flat grinder (rasp). Check if they are still with the trailers
