online wheel meeting

Next online meeting:

Meeting to make descisions on the timeschedule for Biketour 2008 (see actual discussion on biketour emaillists)

For now there are two proposed dates+times:

Monday 26th of may at 20:00 (Pippa will probably be in Sofia and able to join)

or

Tuesday 27th of may at 19:00

Who will take part? at least national organizers. It would for sure be helpfull to have some experienced former BTorganizers involved.

• Suha, Milan, Teodor/Radi (national organizers) and others inform Yolanda (YO) when you are able to join as soon as possible! Then she can decide on the definite date!!!
• YO will prepair an agenda and overview of arguments and info concerning the dicussion on the BT08 timeschedule
• To join the meeting you will have to send a skype chat message to YO - holadiyo - so that she can invite you to the conference call
• check your connection before the meeting starts! (see below)

and the we do the wheel meetings online using skype when will the next wheel meeting be ? when do you have time ?

Janneke: sunday afternoon or evening is usually fine. In Principle every evening except wednesday, but that doesn't always work out...

will there be any meeting before biketourstart?

if you want to join the wheel meeting, you need a working skype setup. that would be a computer with internet, speaker and a microphone and the programm skype [[1]] installed best is to have a headset, which is earphones and a microphone in one device, they produce best quality. they are really not very expensive. but i also skyped with people using earphones as microphones or just the microphone of their laptop if you install skype on your computer, everything might just work. if it does not, dial echo123 and check it out - the skype website offers a lot of solutions to possible problems - please check it out before the meeting so that you can participate in it and we are more occupied with chatting away than with solving computer problems to join the meeting you will have to send a skype chat message to roeland - kuijperroeland - so that he can invite you to the conference call
