Recycling and reusing are main values of the Biketour. We always try to use old things instead of buying new ones. We want to support the local waste-disposal systems to reduce environmental pollution. In the end the best thing is to not even produce waste.

POLAND

Most towns have big communal containers outside buildings and supermarkets for:

- paper and card ("makulatura")

- plastic, aluminium, tins, cans, cartons (tetrapacks) ("tworzywa sztuczne", "plastik")

- white glass ("szkło bezbarwne")

- coloured glass (szkło kolorowe)

- general waste ("odpady zmieszane")
