- contacting projects that can host us in Berlin for the winter meeting (Friday,20.02.2016 - Wednesday morning, 24.02.2016) - Candid - modifying the template for call out email - Michal - don’t forget to post it on the wiki so that everyone can access it - contacting projects from the online map once the template is created. If you contact anyone, mark it with the right marker on the map so that everyone can see who’s been contacted - putting points for the agenda for winter meeting - everyone - looking into funding sources - funding - Ola will look into options but please help
